1. Where does The Arkow ship?
We ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs vary depending on your location.

2. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours after being placed, and then shipped based on the selected delivery method. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time, and same-day processing cannot be guaranteed.
Orders within the EU typically arrive within 2-5 business days. International deliveries usually take 1-3 business days, subject to customs clearance.

3. Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
For customers outside the EU, all applicable customs duties and taxes are calculated and paid upon delivery. These amounts are determined and collected by your local customs authorities and do not constitute charges imposed by The Arkow.

4. Can I return an item?
Yes. You may return unworn, unused items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags and packaging are intact. For more details please check our Shipping & Returns section.

5. How do I start a return?

6. Are returns free?
The Arkow ensures a seamless return experience by covering all return shipping costs.

7. How do I know my size?

8. How do I care for my garments?
Care instructions are included on the product label. We recommend following them carefully to maintain the integrity of each piece.

9. What if the item I want is sold out?
Some items are produced in limited runs. If a product is sold out, we may restock depending on demand. You can sign up for restock notifications on the product page.

11. Can I place a preorder?
Yes. If your size is not immediately available, you may place a preorder. The product page will display an estimated shipping date for your reference; however, please note that this date is not guaranteed and may vary. When you place a preorder, the item is reserved exclusively for you and will ship as soon as it becomes available. Payment for all preorder items is processed in full at the time of purchase.

12. Can I exchange an item?
To exchange an item for another size, color or style, please return it within 14 days of receipt and submit a new order.
