Shipping & Returns

1. Shipping

We ship from our warehouse located in Bucharest, Romania.
Order Processing: Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays, typically within 7 days of being placed. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time, and same-day processing cannot be guaranteed.
Once your order has been dispatched according to your selected shipping method, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. At this point, responsibility for the goods passes to you, and The Arkow is no longer liable for loss or damage in transit.
International Orders: Please note that we only offer Express Shipping for international deliveries. Standard or economy shipping options are not available for orders outside the EU.
Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance. The Arkow is not liable for any delays resulting from this process.

1.1. Duties & Taxes: For customers outside the EU, all applicable import duties and taxes are calculated and paid upon delivery. These amounts are determined and collected by your local customs authorities and do not constitute charges imposed by The Arkow. 
Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday during standard business hours. Please note that The Arkow is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

2. Returns
The Arkow ensures a seamless return experience by covering all return shipping costs.
Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, products must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and sent back in their original condition with all tags, packaging, accessories, and the purchase invoice included.
To initiate your return, kindly complete the return form.
Once the package arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected and processed within 14 business days. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email.
If the return does not meet the stated conditions, the item will be returned to you.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
For international orders, please note that duties and taxes were not included in the product price, and therefore the refunded amount will equal the price paid at checkout, excluding import duties and taxes.
These charges are collected on behalf of national customs authorities and are not imposed by The Arkow.

3. Exchanges
To exchange an item for another size, color or style, please return it within 14 days of receipt and submit a new order.
